Blair Singer

Why Most Trainers & Coaches Do Not Succeed

It was the year 2016. I attended this program called Train The Trainer by Blair Singer. It was a four-day power-packed event on how to become a powerful trainer. Something shifted in me during that event and my life was never the same after that event. Blair Singer was the mentor who helped me find my voice. It was after attending his training that I realised the clear difference between being an average trainer and a true leader.

He is a Rich Dad advisor with Robert Kiyosaki and an international bestselling author of the book Sales Dogs and Team Code Of Honour. There is a reason why he is called The Magician. Because he’s one of the few people in this world who has the ability to pull the magic out of an average person to make them realise their true power from within. He’s also a master of accelerated techniques that helps pull the magic out of a room - whether it’s an online program or an offline event.

In this interview, I went down a path with Blair where he reveals his journey of transformation and also why most trainers and coaches do not succeed in this game, despite having all the knowledge. Read every single word and take notes.

Siddharth Rajsekar:

It’s truly an honor to interview the one and only Blair Singer. He is also an adviser with Robert Kiyosaki, one of the Rich Dad advisors, the author of the book Sales Dogs, Team Code of Honor, and many other amazing initiatives and programs. Blair, thank you so much for your time.

Blair Singer:

Wow. Sidz, thank you so much for having me. Your tribe is an amazing group of people and they have an amazing leader with you, so it’s a big honor for me to be able to talk to you.

Siddharth Rajsekar:

Thank you, Blair. This interview is a special one for me personally because you have been my mentor from the point where I was just an average trainer. You have worked your magic on me and many other successful young trainers. I just wanted to find out, what was it like when you got started in the training and coaching world? What was the environment like back then?

Blair Singer:

First of all, for people that want to know what that was like, there was no social media. So when I got started back in the ‘80s, there was no social media of any kind, so marketing was very simple; it was just long copy, letters, and a few emails as people started doing more email.

The marketing was so different; it was a very slow process, and you had to be a very good copywriter or have some good affiliations. But I tell you that the basics of training, the basics of how you get people to change behaviors, which is really what training is about, is getting a person to go from point A to point B, those fundamentals, those principles, I don’t think have changed for thousands of years.
